Hey how you doing today my friend? I was recently given the opportunity to test out the scanpan ctx cookware.


Im so excited to do this scanpan ctx review and tell you about a fantastic brand of cookware i have been using for the past 6 months, Scanpan CTX.



I truly believe my Scanpan ctx set will last a lifetime. A close friend/restaurant owner (Tyson) turned me on to Scanpan after receiving some damn good results at his restaurant.

Did you know that this cookware is multi-layer fused which means ultra quick and even heat distribution throughout the whole cookware.


Here's what I liked about it: THE PROS-


The recycled aluminum core is smooth with Ceramic Titanium PFOA free Non stick surface inside.

I really love the fact this cookware is..


* Oven and..


* Broiler safe..

Which means im able to bake my home made french fries in my scanpan frying pan, (just did it lastnite lol).

The lids are made from stainless glass which allows me to watch my food as it cooks.



Washing these pans are super simple because of its effective non-stick coating, but since im lazy i just throw them in my dishwasher lol.

The scanpan ctx cookware comes with a lifetime warranty, but since the cookware will probably last a lifetime.. i could care less about the warranty.

* My 8 inch and 10-14 inch scanpan frying pan(s)..


* My 2 quart and 2-3/4 quart saucepans with covers..


* My 10-1/4 inch saute pot with cover and..


* My 7-1/2 quart dutch oven with cover.


Last year i ordered a set for my girlfriends cousin (Jasmine) and gave it to her as a Christmas present.

Get this, she calls me 2 weeks later and explains how this is the best non-stick cookware she has ever owned and the fact that its induction stove compatible is the icing on the cake.



She also goes into expressing how shes so attracted to me and wishes i would dump her cousin to be with her.. blah blah blah blah (another story for another time buddy).


What I didn't like about it: THE CONS-


This cookware isnt cheap by a long shot (damn near 1000 bucks). After reviewing the positive Scanpan ctx reviews, I ordered my Scanpan CTX set from Amazon.com for $875 bucks with free shipping included, but its worth every single red cent.


THE VERDICT:


The surface of my pans are scratch free, which surprises me because im always scraping inside them with forks and knifes lol.

All and all.. im happy with my scanpan cts cookware purchase.


The fact that i probably dont have to buy cookware ever again gives me every right to tell you this.. YOUR COOKWARE SUCKS.

But seriously, if your a serious cook or just enjoy the craft.. you need Scanpan in your life friend. I hope i have been helpful, enjoy and have a wonder day :)
